My approach to psychotherapy is dynamic, creative, and attuned to each unique individual's needs. I do depth oriented work that supports lasting psychological change because we are working at healing the root cause of psychological suffering. I work with people who come to therapy for different reasons wether it be anxiety/depression, issues related childhood trauma of all kinds, relationship challenges, dealing with a chronic health condition, a life transition, or wether it is simply for personal growth, awakening, and psychological healing.
One of my specialities is in applying the new science on how to heal trauma using applied principles of the “somatic experiencing” work of Peter Levine to heal the nervous system from patterns of dysregulation. I also teach clients the most cutting tools and practices that can be applied to heal the nervous system and teach clients how to self-regulate.
I am available and engaged in the living relational field in the psychotherapeutic process. I hold a safe and supportive space to help you feel comfortable opening up and sharing things that vulnerable. I am a deeply empathic person and can help clients make sense of their experience with empathic reflection and weaving a fabric of meaning.
