With compassion, emotional safety, and a clear, candid therapeutic style, I help people work through life's challenges using effective, evidence-based treatments that target the underlying causes for painful feelings. I believe healing happens holistically; Mind-Body-Spirit are aligned when people feel "right" within themselves.
We all have an amazing capacity to change, to cultivate confidence from fear, and to transform pain into wisdom, strength and ultimately, happiness. Therapy is a courageous and illuminating journey through which I am constantly honored and inspired to guide my clients. Sessions are 60 minutes rather than the traditional 50 minute session.
