Welcome! I am a postdoctoral therapist experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds, with diverse interests and values. My passion is to help my clients navigate life transitions and challenges in a way that feels meaningful and authentic, in an environment where they feel safe and supported to explore what matters most to them. As your therapist, you can expect me to listen attentively, be curious about your experience, and ask questions that help us work toward your goals in therapy.

Thank you for your interest in my practice! I offer my support to people from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I have a focus on clients who are going through large transitions or grief, deal with anxiety and depression, who have experienced trauma and PTSD, and are over all looking to discover their life’s course. A genuine relationship is at the root of my practice. My hope is that my clients feel they can enter the therapy room as their authentic selves and that they feel an authentic person is also sitting in front of them.

We all have strategies for dealing with challenges day-to-day. But over time, many strategies can fall short or even backfire. We may find ourselves withdrawing and avoiding certain aspects of our lives, or overextending and pushing ourselves to the point of exhaustion. This can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, and irritable and can also take a toll on our relationships and physical health. One of my goals as a therapist is to help you identify changes you can make, both big and small, and tap into your motivation to follow-through on those changes.
