I will utilize a geneogram or "family tree" to look at family of origin issues when these impact on your current challenges.
I share information on holistic healing when relevant. I have reached an international audience through my published health articles. Studies show nutrient-dense foods and nutritional supplements can improve mood and functioning. I offer this as an additional specialty to my clients who are interested.
