I utilize mindfulness, social signaling, emotion regulation, self enquiry, and distress tolerance skills to effect deep meaningful change in people suffering anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts and actions, and folks feeling with overwhelmed. These treatment specialties allow us to work effectively with individuals experiencing tough to handle emotions.
We are the only practice in St. Louis offering RODBT Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy and we have experience doing DBT as well. We can help you build your definition of a life worth living. We offer skills Groups and individual counseling in a variety of areas and topics.
