I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who specializes in partnering with individuals, couples, and families to work toward healing from eating disorders (including ARFID) and other related or co-occurring mental health and emotional concerns. I am Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 trained and have experience working at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care, as well as experience working with families with DFCS involvement and children in the foster care system.

My expertise lies in assisting young adults in overcoming past trauma and life challenges. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, as well as identity and gender concerns. I utilize an integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapies with holistic practices to provide comprehensive support.

There are many gifts with being a therapist, including being witness to significant, positive change. I have worked since 2005 with many individuals facing mental health challenges, difficult life transitions, and challenging relationships of all kinds. I have also had a career in the business arena holding leadership positions, so I am uniquely able to offer insight and guidance surrounding navigating work and how our lives can be both positively or negatively impacted by what we do (boundaries, communication, work/life balance, etc.).
