The journey from adolescence to young adulthood can be stressful and overwhelming for both individuals and their families. Between social pressures, academic expectations, and familial relationships, some people can get trapped in a cycle of negative emotions. I work with teenagers, young adults and their families who are struggling through this exciting time full of changes. I have helped individuals and families build strength and resilience in a number of settings, including schools, mental health clinics and as a pediatric social worker in NYC hospital systems.
