I use positive affirmations, strength identification and skill building to encourage you to reach your personal goals. We will work quickly to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms while we learn to identify triggers that may cause these feelings in order to focus on making long term changes that will help you to move forward through life.

I have been working with girls for the past twenty-five years. My work addresses issues relating to mood regulation, anxiety, body image, anger management or other areas affecting their ability to succeed. My role is to work together with the client and parent and come up with a list of goals. I create personalized skills and strategies to help us reach these goals. Helping girls with their body image or helping them find ways to handle difficult emotions are two specialty areas. My work includes in between session check-ins, skills and confidence boosts.
