I focus on women’s issues and my passion is helping women find peace and balance in their lives. We all have things we struggle with; sometimes we need help finding a way to overcome them. I love working with my clients to help them learn new ways to approach their problems. Men and women experience mental health problems differently and it is time women receive care specific to them.

I work with adults, adolescents, and children that have experienced recurring trauma or significant stressors in their life that are ready for change. I primarily work with clients that are struggling with post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, panic-related disorders, substance abuse, parenting issues, relationship issues, social anxiety, ADHD, and several trauma- and stressor-related issues. While most prefer individual services, I serve couples at all stages of their relationship, and families.
