With over two decades of experience as a Clinically Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping clients on their journey of healing. Serving individuals in Kansas and Missouri, I bring authentic compassion and care to every therapeutic relationship, ensuring that clients move at their own pace and feel genuinely supported. I have been blessed with a diverse career, working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, divorce, complex grief, parenting challenges, relational difficulties, and childhood & medical trauma.
I utilize Trauma-Informed EMDR & Sandtray & IFS as creative and effective methods to facilitate healing and personal growth. I provide parent coaching and co-parenting therapy to help parents navigate complex dynamics. In addition I am an LMFT/LCMFT Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in KS & MO for associates seeking licensure.
