I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. In therapy, we will work through those unwanted emotions and help you begin to deal with them effectively.
I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and am a Trauma Informed therapist. I recognize that no client is the same and one approach will not work for all. Therefore, I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to individualize my treatment approaches to the specific needs of each person.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups - DBT
NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Help with impulsive, self-destructing behaviors, poor relationships skills, and out of control emotions. This 16 week group focuses on DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. This group is great for those who are currently seeing a therapist to process thoughts and feelings and need additional skill building help in order to attain better success in resolving long-standing or recurring problems. This is an open group- you may join at any time. $50 per session. Call me to set up your time to register.
