My dream is to see my clients discover their purpose, restore their identity, and heal from past pain. As a mental health coach and pastoral counselor, my goal is to help people shift from living in pain to embracing wholeness and purpose. Over the past 7 years, the care I have provided to my clients has impacted their lives, their family systems, and their future. I counsel and coach from an authentic, yet nurturing perspective. I keep it real and help propel people to greatness through connection and individualization. I use my diverse legal, theological, and mental health background to help my clients go from hurt to whole.
I specialize in the areas of trauma, depression, Biblical counseling, anxiety, PTSD, premarital/marital counseling, purpose coaching, and parenting. I am also an LGBTQIA+ ally. As a former foster child and sex trafficking survivor, I am very passionate about working with current or former foster/adopted kids, and survivors of sexual exploitation.
I am an avid learner of the neurobiology of trauma and I also conduct in-depth trauma-informed support groups. I use faith-based therapeutic interventions, psychotherapeutic modalities, mental health coaching, and neurolinguistic programming to provide a life-long holistic change in any lifestyle.

WHOLE is a psycho-educational support group that addresses sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, narcissistic abuse, and PTSD. It is for women experiencing low self-esteem/self-worth, depression, anxiety and lack boundaries as a result of trauma, domestic violence, psychological abuse and relationship issues.
