I work with relationships-the dance between the Feminine and Masculine. My interactions with couples & families experiencing conflict, relationship challenges and recovering from wounds leaves them feeling a sense of renewal. My focus on the Feminine specifically aims to help women develop confidence to live the life they desire. I have cared for people experiencing a broad range of struggles including marital betrayal, depression, relationship conflict, decision-making, or grief. It is so important for me to hear the individuals I work with, help make sense of their world and give them valuable tools to make the changes they need.
Since 2010 I have specialized in working with the Masculine and Feminine through family therapy, working with high-conflict couples, adolescents, and individuals seeking to better their lives. My interests and training are in Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy.
I'm passionate about working with the Feminine, especially in relationship to partnerships. We're always relating--to our self and others. In our sessions we are able to talk about things that typically bring up shame and sadness--creating a safe space where you're able to develop and grow into the strong and confident person you were born to be.
