I am a licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Everyone’s journey through life looks and feels differently. I am trained in CBT techniques. I have worked with community mental health agencies, in hospital settings, and substance abuse programs. I help you to identify your negative patterns and maladaptive coping mechanisms and help you to replace your unhealthy habits with new healthy ones. I help you to face your fears and to finally feel free from your issues.
I am an empathetic and considerate. I have a natural passion for helping people. I am a genially positive person and believe that with the right tools, you can accomplish anything.
