Due to my upcoming relocation during Summer 2024, all new clients should be prepared to transition to virtual counseling and self pay as I am transitioning out of network. I have over ten years of experience and have expertise in complex and simple PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, dissociation, attachment issues and boundary setting. I will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and the problems you are experiencing while assisting you with building a strong set of skills to be able to cope adaptively and heal. Clients who will be the best fit for working with me will be open to incorporating EMDR into treatment.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My approach is holistic and I strive to meet my clients where they are at. You will find that I prioritize the mind-body connection so we will work through cognitive, physiological, and neurological approaches to restore wellbeing in your life.
