Living more fully, happily, healthily always is part of how I look at my own life; people who can share this attitude usually are those with whom I see the best outcomes from therapy. I truly enjoy engaging with clients in the messiness of marriage, divorce, trauma, social discomfort, job worries, parenting, losses/grief, difficulty making a big decision. I won't have THE answer to your problem, but I do expect we can work together to identify your strengths and create your personal solutions.
