I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and Oregon, and a LMHC (LPC equivalent) in Washington State, with a Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have eight years of experience working with adults addressing various concerns including depression, anxiety/social phobia, bipolar, substance use, and PTSD.
I employ cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral skills. I am trained in levels 1 and 2 of EMDR therapy to help folks resolve distress and core beliefs rooted in difficult past events. Areas of personal interest include social anxiety, LGBTQ+ and marginalized populations, effective communication, and personal empowerment.
I use a strengths-based, affirming and person-centered approach to help individuals build resilience, navigate beyond barriers, and realize their potential. I look forward to accompanying you on your personal journey.
