I feel quite privileged to share in the journey to increased wholeness and the deeper sense of psychological well being.
I tailor my approach to you and to your needs. I do not use a "one size fits all" philosophy when it comes to psychotherapy. We can work on that anxiety or depression or sense of inadequacy that you might be feeling. Sometimes, we'll even laugh.
I view spiritual practice as a typically healthy facet of a person's life and search for meaning, and I am open to working in that realm with you.
