I take the bio-psycho-social approach towards helping you, your family, and your relationships. I believe the helping process is a person-centered process. It does not simply start and stop with the therapist, but it involves tapping into your internal and external resources.
I will help you gain insight into your strengths, struggles, and root causes to your problems. I help set goals and identify specific actions to accomplish your goals.
