I am a Jungian -oriented therapist and may use Art Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Constellations and Stress Reduction techniques along with verbal therapy.
I am an experienced therapist and supervisor, trained in Jungian, Gestalt, EMDR therapy, EFT and Family Constellations. A diverse background has enlarged my perspective of the mind-body-spirit connection. Recently I have completed a year-long facilitator training in Family Constellations and a three-year Certification in the Jungian Seminar in DC.
