We offer in-person or telehealth individual, family, and couples therapy for kids, teenagers, and adults. We provide varied approaches, such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, equine therapy, and much more. The following groups are currently open: Teen girls wilderness, self-compassion, art-based therapy, miscarriage, and acudetox drop-in. We have 1400 active clients and 40 therapists! We have a lot of experience working with helpers, like therapists, first responders, teachers, veterans, and medical professionals, especially if struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. We have degrees, professional licenses, years of experience, and a passion for counseling.
Our therapists accept most health insurances, and we offer a lower rate for self-pay to see graduate student interns.
