This is a 12-week class for adult women survivors of a spouse's infidelity. This class will provide psychoeducation on stabilizing the trauma, transcending trauma, and living a life free from the trauma. Class Instructors: Elizabeth Davis, MA, LPC-S & Amber Erwin. Teens Under Pressure - Girls, 13-17
This is a faith-based, psychology-informed group led by an AACC Life Coach and a Masters Degree Practicum student who is also a RISD SRO. This group will focus on building strength and resilience in girls 13-17 as they navigate relationship, academic and emotional changes. In this group, your teen will learn how to: Tame Relationship Drama, Be Empowered with Social Media, Stay Grounded in a Culture at Sea, and Build Resilience. Book: "under pressure" by Lisa Damour.
