Do you desire healing? I believe we all possess the skills we need to live a happy, fulfilled life, but sometimes need assistance to change the patterns of thoughts and behaviors standing in our way. I will help you identify unhealthy patterns, and work with you to achieve a more well balanced, healthy life. My areas of focus are working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions women's issues and couples counseling. Relationships are hard! In my work with couples I focus on identifying challenges, strengths between the couple and building the lines of communication.
One of my specialities includes working with clients who struggle with addictions, in particular substance use. Struggling with substances is often a lonely road. There are many layers of feelings that keep us "stuck" in life. Counseling can be a great opportunity to take a different path.
It is a true privilege to walk with clients as they free themselves from destructive patterns to find acceptance and meaning in their life. Often seeking help can be difficult and intimidating, takes courage to reach out. I am looking forward to working with you!
