I am honored to work with individuals struggling with the effects of trauma, whether relational or complex trauma, parental abuse, neglect, sexual abuse or any other of the various forms of trauma. I help those working to create stability in their lives, learn how to trust and thrive in close and intimate relationships. If you are impacted by trauma and feeling hindered in your daily living whether dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression or struggling with an addiction I would be honored to be a part of your journey to get back to your inner self and thrive in life.
I help by creating a space to be understood with a genuine listening ear a willingness to help individuals reconnect with themselves, and trust their inner feelings again. With training in relational psychology and attunement work I will be collaborate & work on deep healing & wellness. We will create new pathways to living free of addictions and flight mode
