I am a psychotherapist with an anti-oppression lens, specializing in therapy for women. My work centers on providing culturally affirming, trauma-informed care that is both research-based, intuitive, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My belief that all people hold an innate capacity to heal, and that therapy can help uncover, strengthen, and sustain that healing drives my work. I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating trauma, stress, identity issues, and depression, with a focus on creating a safe and empowering space for BIPOC women to feel affirmed.
I believe that good therapy and enjoyable therapy, happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. I am a relational therapist who uses a blend of modalities to help facilitate change including: EMDR, DBT, and Mindfulness practices.
