My name is Dr. Binta Alleyne-Green. I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults and youth in PA, NJ & Georgia. I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client by ensuring each client feels heard. In our work together, we will consider your overall identity and use your past experiences to better understand your present and shape a more positive future. You are the expert in your own life. Thus, we will collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan guided by our identified weekly goals. I help clients grow by encouraging them to "do the work", all while fostering mutual trust and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in helping individuals (ages 12-65) cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss, as well as supporting couples facing relationship challenges. Clients are welcomed into a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that encourages openness and action, utilizing a blend of traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches.
