Much like the prop roots of a banyan tree, my hope is that you will be able to grow healthy supports to help you stand with a little more strength and confidence.
It is a privilege to witness individuals discover their light and grow through various modalities. We may work through issues using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness or other therapies. However, I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is imperative to progress.
