About
When individuals are struggling with their mental health, substance use, or other life stresses they might not always know where to go for help. My job as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space where you can separate these ongoing challenges, feel less overwhelmed, and take control of your life. We will focus on setting realistic therapeutic goals, empowerment, and not letting these challenges define who you are as a person. By working together, we can achieve stabilization to envision how you want your life to be.
During our sessions, we will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other forms of treatment to get the best results possible. My specializations include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, chronic illness and other disabilities, personality disorders, geriatric challenges, grief and loss, and substance use disorders.
