About
Therapy is like any other relationships - it's important to find someone whose values and approach resonant with you. We may be a good fit if: + You're a story teller. I'd love to work with you, utilizing narrative therapy techniques, to explore where these stories come from and how they impact you. + You want to make changes on your own terms. My harm reduction approach to therapy is nonjudgemental and recognizes there is no "right way" of doing things. + You're neurodivergent, queer, and/or trans and want to work with a therapist who shares those identities.
I provide online individual talk therapy and letters in support of surgery for people seeking gender affirming medical care.
In addition to individual therapy I have significant experience working in healthcare settings. I provide training and consultation services for health care providers who are interested in better serving queer and trans patients.
