I offer a non-pathologizing, humanistic approach that is warm, accepting, kind, and playful. I am trained in Janina Fisher's Trauma-informed Stabilization Therapy—a parts work approach grounded in the body, combining the ideas of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
