I am warm and empathic. I use EMDR therapy as my main intervention. During our first sessions I will help you develop a life timeline, which lists significant or traumatic events that have had an impact on you. From this we identify your core beliefs (ie I am not good enough) and begin the transformative and healing process...its worth it.
