I provide counseling services for adults facing changes, stressors, or ongoing mental health issues. I work to provide clients with an environment where they can rediscover their voices and restore their personal power. When we use our unique voice, we can confidently create and implement tailored solutions to our problems.
I utilize multiple modalities during the therapeutic process, including but not limited to CBT,strength-based, solution-focused, and supportive I utilize a person-centered strength-based approach because I understand and recognize that each person is unique and knows what works best for them.
My ultimate goal is to build strong therapeutic relationships with my clients to express their most authentic selves without fear of judgment. I am available for in-person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions during regular business hours, Monday - Thursday
