I collaborate with individuals (age 12 and older) and couples providing therapy services incorporating emotions focused, client focused, and community focused interventions using motivational interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and community-based programs. I work with clients to identify life goals and treatment goals. Therapy is not one-size fits all and together we will figure out what fits for you.
The client is the expert on their life and I will meet you where you are. We will focus on identifying and managing emotions by improving the mind and body connection. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and requires interventions and systems that improve emotional well-being and overall quality of life and relationships.
