My work intends to improve your well-being through building on strengths and developing skills to empower greater quality of life.
My work looks at key factors that bolster overall well-being, such as your interests, social supports, and approaches to stressors and problems, and working to develop skill in those domains. In addition, my work aims at providing skills to manage thoughts, emotions, and life stressors, while doing so in an understandable manner.
