My name is Ashley Beech-Mavrantzas, and I've been in mental health practice for 10 years. I specialize in Mood disorders, Bipolar disorder, and Borderline personality disorder. I also have experience in grief therapy. Furthermore, I use many modalities to treat these disorders such as DBT, CBT and EMDR. Additionally, I use different eclectic modalities based on the client's needs. The best method is client-focused to ensure that I am treating you accurately.
In our first appointment, I will ascertain what your needs are and identify topics that need to be addressed. I hope to establish a strong rapport between us and understand what you need from a therapist. Then we will begin to explore how I can assist you in your mental health journey.
