Hi, I’m glad you're here. I'm Billi, and I have been helping adults and adolescents overcome and heal from some of life's more difficult challenges for over 10 years. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand and address the issues you’re facing and I will be there to support you every step of the way. My approach is warm, nurturing, and thoughtful creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings, find clarity, and heal. I also believe in the power of humor, so while the process of healing can be deep and challenging it doesn’t have to be serious work all the time.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am trained in EMDR along with other therapeutic modalities. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals of all identities and backgrounds. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are.
