In all cases, my first priority is to offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental space to feel heard, supported, and understood.
My goal is to help you become more aware of thinking patterns that may not be serving you or those around you and help you develop healthier ways of responding. We’ll identify problem-solving strategies to cope with stress, build social and communication skills, and incorporate mindfulness techniques to support emotional balance.
