I have formal training in Neurofeedback, EMDR techniques to utilize a trauma-informed approach with DBT, and experiential methods while integrating humanistic and holistic approaches into therapeutic care. I work with individuals who present with depression, anxiety, anger management issues, the neurobiology of addictions,
and those contemplating a professional career change. Additionally, I have experience with professional athletes and sports psychology, and I am knowledgeable in the area of integrative systemic therapy with families. I use culturally competent approaches to create a safe space for everyone including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
