Navigating life today presents unique challenges marked by increased pressure and stress from factors such as intimate relationships, financial strain, social isolation, and identity crises' during life transitions. Life’s challenges can disrupt routines, trigger anxiety and depression, and lead to feeling overwhelmed. Coping mechanisms and strategies exist to help us manage stress and navigate these changes effectively. Let’s collaborate to find out what works for you, so that you can feel more confident and in control of your life.
I have formal training in Neurofeedback, EMDR techniques to utilize a trauma-informed approach with DBT, and experiential methods while integrating humanistic and holistic approaches into therapeutic care. I work with individuals who present with depression, anxiety, anger management issues, the neurobiology of addictions,
and those contemplating a professional career change. Additionally, I have experience with professional athletes and sports psychology, and I am knowledgeable in the area of integrative systemic therapy with families. I use culturally competent approaches to create a safe space for everyone including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities based on individual client needs. After all, therapy is about you and your needs so let's decide together what will help you the most! I find that neurofeedback is especially useful for those who don't tend to benefit greatly from talk therapy.
