Anger management is not therapy, it is psychologial education. You will learn why you get angry (it’s not what you think) and how to stop it. Once you learn this, you can use it to help with other problems, such as relationship friction and anxiety.
My objective for clients is to empower them so they can live a satisfyings and fulfilling life. There's no obligation for a 30 minute introductory interview. I am doing therapy by telephone, video, or face to face appointments.
