I range from the small, every day, every-so-often challenges, to the ongoing, major issues that you just can't seem to shake. I'll help shake that tree and get those monkeys off your back. I can do bi-weekly, weekly, twice a week or more; whatever you need and we decide we'll do!

I help adults who are tired of feeling “tired all the time,” stressed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles that don’t feel good anymore. Together, we’ll figure out what’s actually going on beneath the surface, reduce the noise in your life, and build tools that help you feel grounded, capable, and purposeful again. I'm available for 1x week to multiple times!

My style is calm, supportive, and real. I’m clinically trained, but I’m also down-to-earth and easy to talk to. You won’t get judgment, lectures, or clichés — just practical strategies, honest conversation, and steady guidance. We’ll work on what matters most to you without pushing an agenda.
