I work with adults (18 and up) with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and relationship problems.
I have experience and training using EMDR, DBT, and RO DBT, but my primary focus is Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), which aims for long-lasting change as quickly as possible. I will tailor treatment to you as an individual and work collaboratively with you throughout the therapeutic process to empower you towards the change you want.
