I struggled with Anxiety and Depression too, but it gets better! I often like to joke that I took my first college psychology class as a DIY project. My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—whether it's struggling with focus, social anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or past trauma—and is ready to develop new skills to navigate life more confidently. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as creative interventions like art and Play Therapy.
My focus includes anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I hold graduate degrees in Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling with years of specialized training in the fields of Play Therapy and Substance Abuse Treatment.
