I also have extensive experience helping people overcome self destructive patterns of behavior such as uncontrolled anger, alcohol, substance abuse, and dysfunctional relationships. For over 22 years I have helped men and women from all backgrounds get out from under depression, anxiety, fear, and anger, while they still show up for life.
I use a strengths-based perspective. This means I know that all of us are flawed, and we all make mistakes, but we are not our mistakes. I help folks see their true value, so they make choices based on that perspective instead of making choices from a place of pain, anger or fear.
Additionally, I do work with clients referred by court and employers for anger management and alcohol/substance use.
