I've had a lot of life experience. From my time in the Marine Corps to life as a counselor, I've seen a lot of trauma and grief, personally, and with friends and family. I'd like to use my experience and training to help you with yours. The most important thing to remember is help is out there for you. Looking on this page is the first step in finding it.
