Dr. Bloom is not accepting new referrals at this time. My area of specialty is in clinical neuropsychology. I conduct diagnostic evaluations for autism, learning disabilities, concussion, age related changes, and ADHD. I work with individuals across the age span, and can assist with disability determination, pre-surgical psychological assessments, guardianship, and IEP disputes.
My 35-years' experience as a neuropsychologist has led me to believe that much of what neuropsychologists do does not translate into practical and useful information. I strive to make my evaluations cost effective and helpful to patients as they navigate solutions to their problems.
