Young adulthood is an exciting time, but it can also be an overwhelming experience. Many young adults experience social anxiety as they focus on new friendships and dating. Drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, and systemic therapies, I help individuals and couples understand how past and current relationships and experiences contribute to their emotional struggles. Together we will create strategies and a vision for your life that leads to happier living, better relationships, clarity of mind, and personal peace.
