With 11+ years as a social worker and trauma therapist, I specialize in helping individuals find balance and control of their lives by teaching them how to process traumatic experiences and how to learn emotional regulation. I utilize evidence based modalities, such as EMDR, DBT and mindfulness based practices that have been shown to effectively help people.
