I am Lupe and my journey began in Quito, Ecuador, where I was born and raised. I am a bilingual trauma therapist. I work best with people who have carried too much for too long — the peacekeepers, the over‑responsible, the ones who learned to stay quiet to avoid conflict. My ideal client wants clarity, boundaries, and a deeper understanding of their patterns. They’re ready to feel more like themselves, not the version they became to survive. They want a therapist who is warm, honest, and grounded — someone who listens deeply without absorbing their pain. They come to therapy because they’re ready to stop carrying everything alone.
I help survivors of narcissistic abuse, neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ folks, and Gen Zers understand their patterns and reclaim their voice. My trauma‑informed work blends EMDR, Narrative, Person‑Centered, and Existential therapy to create clarity, healing, and grounded self‑trust.
