If you struggle with debilitating trauma symptoms (nightmares, panic, rage, etc.) addiction issues, or just cannot seem to express your anger appropriately, we may be a good fit. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration and my Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I encourage clients to achieve and maintain a proper recovery life balance . I am a big believer in “Living in Integrity” to help clients build self-esteem.
The Somatic Experiencing approach facilitates the completion of self-protective motor responses and the release of thwarted survival energy bound in the body, thus addressing the root cause of trauma symptoms. This is approached by gently guiding clients to develop increasing tolerance for difficult bodily sensations and suppressed emotions.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help. I would be honored to help you get the relief you are seeking.
