I use a variety of systemic, strategic, psychodynamic and dialectical approaches.
Therapy with Individuals:
I use cognitive behavioral methods to treat depression, thought disorders, borderline personality disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and anxiety. l incorporate mindfulness, guided imagery, journaling and meditation to work with spiritual bereavement and loss.
